Besides home service and property management functions SHS as a consultant, supervisor-ownership and director of foreign firms.

Our Vision

SHS is working 100% under Turkish laws and regulations. SHS serves today more than 1200 apartments and 30 complexes which is 1 to 8 blocks.

WHO IS SHS?

Skandinavien Home Service and Administration (SHS) is a company that was founded in 2005. The company consists of:

Owner / Director Helene Balaban: Helene is a Turk, but grew up and lived most of her adult life in Denmark. She also holds Danish citizenship.Helene has worked as an interpreter in court cases, tax cases, doctors and other public institutions in Denmark. Helene speaks, Danish, Norwegian, Turkish, English, Swedish and little German.

Company manager Anıl Akçay completed his university education in Alanya and speaks English fluently.

SHS has a lawyer associated firm, which advises the supervisor SHS. The lawyer also runs the owner associations’ collection cases if there is a need.

HOME SERVICE

We have divided into three types: Mini-Pack, Medi-pack and Maxi package. From the owner’s needs, we adapt a tailored package.

Since the real estate market is constantly in motion, it is almost impossible for those who are not experienced or knowledgeable about the subject to estimate the value of the property.
