Employment and insurance of caretakers
Connection with a lawyer
Insurance (contents and / or property)
Payment of communal fee ,
Setting up bank accounts to the owners’ association,
Translation tasks (for an extra fee in Danish, English, German and Turkish)
Plus many other tasks.
All this is documented in a contract between the owners’ association and SHS.
SHS is working 100% under Turkish laws and regulations. SHS serves today more than 1200 apartments and 30 complexes which is 1 to 8 blocks. Besides home service and property management functions SHS as a consultant, supervisor-ownership and director of foreign firms.

Skandinavien Home Service and Administration (SHS) is a company that was founded in 2005. The company consists of: Owner / Director Helene Balaban: Helene is a Turk, but grew up and lived most of her adult life in Denmark. She also holds Danish citizenship.
